Vineyards: Wine made with clusters from the hill of a 65 year old Garnacha vineyard with granitic soil. The vineyards in the hill are exposed to the four cardinal points, thus receiving different exposition to the rays of the sun and guaranteeing a perfect maturation. Ecological viticulture.
Grape varieties: Garnacha 100%
Harvest: Harvest is carried out, as with all wines, in crates.
Processing: Prefermentative maceration at cold temperature, traditional grape pressing during fermentation. Pressing was made symbolically, soft pressings.
Ageing: The wine is immediately transferred to the barrel, using a new French oak fudre of 2,000 litresfor 18 months. Malolactic fermentation in the fudre.
Production: 2,250 bottles of 0.75 L.
