Vineyards: Old Garnacha vineyards, located in the Real de San Vicente,in the southern foothills of the Sierra de Gredos, at 750 metres altitude, and with 50 years old.
Grape varieties: Garnacha 100%.
Harvest: Harvested in crates, this wine comes from a selection of thebest clusters from the best vineyard plants.
Processing: Prefermentative maceration at cold temperature and, afterwards, soft grape pressing for 22 days.
Ageing: Malolactic fermentation in barrel with an ageing of 17 months in French oak barrels.
Production: 815 bottles of 0,75 L.
